Insurance/Billing

Insurance cards are to be presented at the time of check-in prior to being seen. If a patient does not have their insurance card(s), they will be responsible for payment until such proof of insurance is provided. Medical Associates of Arlington participates with many popular insurance plans. Please feel free to contact us to find out if your insurance provider is accepted. If you have questions regarding your billing, please call 301-670-4250 to speak with a representative in our billing office or feel free to contact the office directly and ask for the Practice Administrator.

Medical Associates of Arlington is not a participating provider with any HMO insurance product. It is the patient's responsibility to verify with their insurer provider that the individual clinician for a scheduled appointment is part of the insurance provider’s network. Any questions can be directed to the Practice Administrator.
